One of the best
things about the time spent learning new things, especially during
training courses, is the space to plan the changes you are going
to make back at work. The trouble is, when you get back to work
it's all too easy to lose sight of your new goals and just drift
back into old ways of working.
Most of the learning we undertake at work
is designed to enhance our performance in some way. If we can
effectively use what we learn back in the workplace we can improve
our performance.
The MIM Performance Manager has been designed
to help you to do that. It is a straightforward system which provides
you with the opportunity to record the plans you make during learning
events, helps you to set goals, targets and action plans and then
reminds you to review and update them when you decide it's appropriate.
Where your manager is involved identifying
your training and learning needs, MIM will involve your manager
in your planning and reviewing cycles.

after the programme you'll be able to access course notes in MIM
Performance Manager in case you need to do a bit of revision.
